The Corner of December

Here I come to the corner of December

With hope in every step that brought me closer

Existing in this huge universe

Doesn’t always attract everything for which I think I deserve

Little irreplaceable things keep me alive

Arranging every moment like an archive

From capturing the scenery of evening skies

To seeing the loved ones feel the delights

Those little things turn into a sincere reason

to exist longer all of a sudden

Heroes on the Courts

Source: @INABadminton on Twitter

It’s the way you sway the racket

To make points and try to win every set

It’s the way you fall several times

But bounce back every single time

It’s the fierce look on your face

Mainly when the moment is thrilling and tense

It’s the victorious voice in your shout

Realizing that all your blood, sweat, and tears work out

With the grand trophy above your head

And luminous medals around your neck

The long-awaited dream comes true

For new history has been made by you

MMXIX, Tu

The scorching sun, the memorable smells of morning class
Torturing and fiery!! Is this what they call a heatstroke?
Somehow delivers me unto the phase of madness
Yet – tasted – sweet as a fruitcake

Realization across to mind
As Tu enters the stage in elegance
Viewing in telescope until the eyes go blind
For little did I know, it was the cause of a moon’s presence

Tell me, where should I sow this longing?
For I am lost between the walls of a labyrinth
Doubtful, thinking that it was a zing
And there begin the trials of the truth.

Take Me Back

To a foreign place

I was sent to learn and venture

Fright and daze filled my days in this place

Wandering and praying to go back

Home, I miss my home

I’m Home, my prayers were heard

I’m back at last but not for long, I suggest

Happiness, joy, relief filled my days in my place

I’m home, I thought.

Until,

Something drowns, what is it?

My soul

A vast sea of emptiness drowns my soul

Should have stayed and prayed for nothing to happen

Now I regret what I said, I am caged

I wish to go back to that place

to where the fright and daze feed what my souls crave.

Unaware Faces

And my world feels like intoxicated,

The delicacy of it crippled,

My blue skies into grey, they fade,

And the jubilant in me has been long gone.

Assuming to be alone is the best company,

Yet, still losing myself for a hundred more.

Unaware,

Of all the crowd that lift me along the way.

I keep thinking,

For where the lights are pouring,

Unaware,

That the lights are shining my way, forevermore.

Coming as the unaware faces into the best companies,

Where their presences are not my wanted things,

Where the encounter is by simple accidents

Yet, I find it as the dazzling part of us.

From one into many, and will always be embraced.

From one into many, and the sadness healed.

From one into many, and the moments lived,

And they are my serendipity that I gladly claimed.

SERENDIPITY

We think that life is all

About those which only meet our eyes.

However, you might be enthralled

To discover life’s prize.

Just like flowers that spring

Among the paving’s cracks.

You might find lovely things

Along the passing tracks.

O’ what is a blessing

To discover

An unexpected thing

That makes our life a little brighter.

If

There are dreams, desires, hopes
Hidden in every human heart; our deepest hearts.
Who wants life to be forever a struggle?
Neither you nor me,
The more I encounter happy people
The more I, too.
Crave happiness.

I sometimes find myself in a valley
Yes… in a grave,
Behind clouds,
Then I wish if only I could fly,
Move to the top of the mountain
Dreams of being over the moon.

Runaway? Turn around?
I get stuck.
If I can become what I wish to be
Then what will that mean to me?

When rain is deluging down
It doesn’t mean clouds envelop the world
It doesn’t mean it will dampen my heart.

I know, if I can let go
Ambitions, worries, and fears
I became my true self
Me, just as I am.
Precious and loved by God.

While the sun shines, if you happened to realize
Love the present as you wish it to be.
